Reception - Victorian Lawn

 Fridays and Saturdays - Rental of outdoor space, $700. Limit: 150 people (tent and sides rental mandatory for 81 or more people.)

This includes: tables and chairs, use of lawn, front and back court yards, caterer's use of kitchen, social room for buffet set up or caterer work stations, rest room and garbage removal. It also includes four hour consultation with director and director on premises for both decorating and reception.

Rental of outdoor space: $650 for buffet set up outside. Limit: 150 people (tent & sides rental mandatory for 81 or more people. Reception - Edwardian Room

Fridays and Saturdays - Rental of Orientation Room Space: $500. Limit: 80 people.

Includes: use of tables and chairs, front and back court yards, caterer's use of kitchen, restrooms and garbage removal. It also includes four hour consultation with director and director on premises for both decorating and reception.

Rental of social room space: $450 for buffet set up inside of room. (Space is then limited to 70 people).

Includes: use of tables and chairs, front and back court yards, restrooms and garbage removal. It also includes four-hour consultation with director and director on premises for both decoration and reception.

Reception - Orientation Room

Fridays and Saturdays - Rental of Orientation Room space, $450. Limit: 50 people.

Includes: use of tables and chairs, front and back court yards, caterer's use of kitchen, restrooms and garbage removal. It also includes four hour consultation with director and director on premises for both decorating and reception.

Rental of Orientation room space: $375 for buffet set up inside of room. (Space is then limited to 40 people).  Includes: use of tables and chairs, front and back court yards, restrooms and garbage removal. It also includes four hour consultation with director and director on premises for both decoration and reception.  The back courtyard is available for $325 with the same set up as above except the pace is limited to 30 people.

Tables and chairs come with the rentals but there is a $2 per item set up and tear down fee if clients do not wish to set up or tear down themselves.

• Prices above reflect rentals for Fridays and Saturdays. The refundable deposit of $300 is not included in the above prices. Refundable deposits are at the discretion of the director. Rentals for Sundays through Thursdays are $600 for the Victorian Lawn $400 for the Edwardian Social Room and $375 for the Orientation Room and the refundable deposit is then $150.
  
• All events taking place after 5 PM must have security arranged by client. Director's list of approved companies is available.
• All events must take place between 9 AM - 5 PM and 5PM - 11PM on the date of the event. Clean up by caterer must be finished by 6 PM or Midnight respectively. Clients will be charged $100 per hour for any hour or part of an hour over the above time limits.
• All caterers must be licensed by the state of Pennsylvania. Director's list of approved caterers is available. Newly licensed caterers may be brought to the attention of the director.
• Children are not permitted in the galleries without a supervising adult. Three or more children attending events must have a "sitter" supplied by the client. All arrangements must be approved by the director prior to the event.
