Reception - Victorian Lawn

Rental of outdoor space with new pavilion: Limit 120 people on Lawn (tent size 40 x 20) and 30 people on pavilion or under a tent extension on lawn (tables and chair rental mandatory for any size and tent and sides rental mandatory for 81 or more people.)  For wedding ceremony and reception limit is 75 people.

This includes: use of lawn, pavilion, caterer's use of kitchen, rest rooms and after event garbage removal. It also includes one hour consultation with director and Merrick representative on premises during normal hours for both decorating and reception.

Reception - Edwardian Room
Rental of Edwardian Room Space: Limit 80 people in a "sit-down" situation.

Includes: inside use of tables and chairs, caterer's use of kitchen, restrooms and garbage removal. It also includes a consultation with director and a Merrick representative on premises during normal hours for both decorating and reception.

Reception - Orientation Room
Rental of Orientation Room space: Limit 40 people in a "sit-down" situation.

Includes: inside use of tables and chairs, caterer's use of kitchen, restrooms and garbage removal. It also includes four hour consultation with director and director on premises for both decorating and reception.

•  A refundable deposit is implemented to assure against damages or improper clean-up.
  
• All events must take place between 9 AM - 11PM on the date of the event. Clean up by caterer must be finished by Midnight respectively. 
• All caterers must be licensed by the state of Pennsylvania. 
  
• Children are not permitted in the galleries without a supervising adult. Three or more children attending events must have a "sitter" supplied by the client. All arrangements must be approved by the director prior to the event.
